Mary offers Bio-Energy sessions, Holographic Kinetics and personal empowerment Workshops. She turned negative experience of other healing modalities into deep learning about the nature of energy, vibration and how we end up with problems in our life.

We create our own reality but don't understand this. We unconsciously create beliefs and issues that become repeating, negative patterns in our life. Mary saw how people become stuck in time, unable to change or move on and are disempowered by looking outside themselves for answers and for healing, when the answers are within us. We need to trust our own SPIRIT, the most powerful force in the universe. We create our own reality and we change it.

She now focuses on ways to help people connect to their own Spirit and inner knowing about their life. No-one else can provide answers or make changes in our lives and calling in outside forces or energies creates problems.

We have the ability to heal ourselves and change our reality. Once we understand this, we can change our potential and our future. It is not difficult to do, another misguided belief. It just needs a different understanding and we realise we have been caught in a web of beliefs that are not true. 

Beliefs can hold us in a tight grip but once we see through them, they disappear. Think 'Santa Claus' and that gives a clue!!!
