Emma Murphy MIACP is a Psychotherapist specialist in Disordered Eating, and now trains other Health Professionals to work in the specialist area of Emotional and Binge Eating.  Over the past 12 years Emma has supported clients out of Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder in Ireland and internationally, working with clients from as far afield as Dubai and Australia.

The Author of the Eating Freely™ Program for Emotional Eating and Binge Eating Disorder, Emma is the recipient of an Elevator Award from Social Entrepreneurs Ireland in recognition for her work to make eating disorder support more accessible and available in person and online.   

Emma is an experienced speaker, presenter and trainer, and has spoken at mental health and eating disorder specific conferences here and abroad, most notably the joint American and Australian Counselling Associations Conference in Brisbane in 2019.  She is also a regular contributor and guest on podcasts, radio and in print media, appearing regularly on Today FM and featuring in the Irish Examiner.

Emma and her team are now training other health professionals around the world to work in this specialist area – with a mission to change 250,000 lives in the next three years. Her rich and rigorous training is CPD and CEU approved in Ireland, the UK, the USA and Australia, and her Eating Freely Program is now being licensed internationally.
